NO REFUND POLICY

TwoTrim operates under a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for TwoTrim services are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

1. Policy Overview

By using TwoTrim services and making any payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final - No refunds will be provided for any reason
  • No exceptions - This policy applies to all users and all circumstances
  • Service usage - Refunds are not available even if services are unused
  • Technical issues - Temporary service disruptions do not qualify for refunds
  • Dissatisfaction - User dissatisfaction with service performance does not qualify for refunds

2. Why We Have This Policy

Service Nature

TwoTrim provides real-time AI optimization services. Once our service processes your requests and provides cost savings, the value has been delivered and cannot be "returned."

Operational Costs

Our service incurs immediate operational costs including infrastructure, AI processing, and third-party API costs that cannot be recovered.

Business Model

Our pay-as-you-save model means you only pay when you receive value. This inherently fair pricing structure eliminates the need for refunds.

3. Billing and Payment Terms

Immediate Charges

Charges are applied immediately upon service usage. All charges are final and cannot be reversed.

Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your billing, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate legitimate billing errors, but this does not constitute a refund policy.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe charges were made without your authorization, contact us immediately. You may also need to dispute the charges with your payment provider.

4. Service Cancellation

Account Termination

You may cancel your TwoTrim account at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid amounts.

Immediate Effect

Account cancellation takes effect immediately. You will lose access to all TwoTrim services upon cancellation.

Outstanding Balances

Any outstanding balances remain due even after account cancellation.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

There are NO exceptions to this refund policy. The following circumstances do NOT qualify for refunds:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Failure to use the service
  • Technical difficulties or service interruptions
  • Dissatisfaction with service performance

6. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback for services that have been provided constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and pursue collection of any amounts owed, including legal fees.
